The Turnstar Speedgate Express was recently chosen and installed at the new regional head office of a leading SA retail and investment bank in Constantia Kloof, Johannesburg. Seven lanes in total, including a 900mm wide wheelchair access lane, were installed at the main entrance and are being used to control employee and visitor access into the building. The speedgates are manufactured from 304 grade brushed stainless steel and are fitted with 8mm toughened glass wings. The glass wings are back lit with a green LED light matching the bank’s brand and are designed to open in under 1 second allowing fast access.
