A customer recently sent me this photograph. It is of two half height glass turnstiles (not manufactured by Turnstar). On this particular site, there are seven units in total. The customer has resorted to blocking all the lanes with orange traffic cones as the turnstiles have never work satisfactorily since they were installed 18 months ago and the manufacturer has not kept any promises regarding support. Sometimes a cheap imitation can end up being very costly!
