Service Level Agreement

Service level agreements are available in order to ensure that your Turnstar product is kept in good working order.

The Turnstar SLA includes a preventative maintenance program together with reactive assistance where necessary.

Replacement spare parts are included in the SLA fee.

A Turnstar SLA is our promise that you will have uninterrupted service from your access control product, thereby ensuring your security and the integrity of your access control system.
