Turnstar recently played a key part in the head office upgrade of South Africa’s national broadcaster. The SABC’s sprawling Auckland Park campus has numerous entrances which were all recently fitted with Turnstar’s award winning Speedgate Express. Radio Park was fitted with a total of 6 Speedgate lanes and one automatic special needs gate. The units were all fitted with RGB glass illumination and were supplied with custom made biometric reader brackets. Manufactured from 304 grade brushed stainless steel, the products are expected to provide in excess of 20 years of service before the next technological upgrade.
