Turnstar recently manufactured and supplied 41 Velocity high speed vehicle barriers to Vodacom’s Johannesburg HQ, Vodaworld. The installation involved removing the old existing barriers and replacing them with Turnstar’s brand new Traffic Barrier. Key features of the Velocity include the high speed (sub 1.2 second operation), the new BLDC motor and planetary gearbox technology which increases general reliability, heavy duty compression balancing springs and an ultra small footprint of 270 x 250mm.
